Brief:This data sheet applies to stainless steel 347 / 1.4550 hot and cold rolled sheet, strip and bars, semi-finished products, rods and sections as well as for seamless and welded steel tubes for mechanical and general engineering purposes.
Brief:Grades 321 and 347 are the basic austenitic 18/8 steel (Grade 304) stabilized by Titanium (321) or Niobium (347) additions. These grades are used because they are not sensitive to intergranular corrosion after heating within the carbide precipitation range of 425-850 °C. Grade 321 is the grade of choice for applications in the temperature range of up to about 900 °C, combining high strength, resistance to scaling and phase stability with resistance to subsequent aqueous corrosion.
Brief:4Cr13 steel (New name: 40Cr13) is a martensitic type stainless steel, which has higher hardness than 3Cr13 steel after quenching. The steel has good mechanical processing performance. After heat treatment (quenching and tempering), it has good corrosion resistance, polishing performance, high strength and wear resistance.
Brief:316L stainless steel is easily identified by examining its carbon content - which should be lower than that of 316. Beyond that, here are some 316L properties that also distinguish it from other steel grades.
Brief:904L is an austenitic stainless steel. Though notably softer than 316L, its molybdenum addition gives it superior resistance to localized attack (pitting and crevice corrosion) by chlorides and greater resistance reducing acids and in particular its copper addition gives it useful corrosion resistance to all concentrations of sulphuric acid.
Brief:201 stainless steel, with certain acid and alkali resistance, high density, no bubbles, no pinholes, etc. It is a high-quality material for producing various case and strap bottom cover. Mainly used for decorative tubes, industrial tubes, some shallow stretched products.
Brief:9Cr18 steel is a high-carbon high-chromium martensitic stainless steel, after quenching with high hardness, high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The steel is suitable for the manufacture of plastic molds that withstand high wear, high loads and corrosive media. The steel belongs to Lai Steel's body, easy to form uneven carbide segregation and affect the service life of the mold, so the thermal processing must be strictly controlled thermal processing, pay attention to the appropriate processing ratio.
Brief:By adopting the combined chemical composition design of low carbon, low sulfur, low phosphorous and micro-alloy, by applying the offline quenching and other advanced automation technologies, our wear resistant(Abrasion Resisant) plate are popular at home and abroad.
Brief:Stainless steel type 1.4305 is popularly known as grade 303 stainless steel. Grade 303 stainless steel is the most readily machineable of all the austenitic grades of stainless steel.
Brief:9Cr18Mo steel is China GB standard martensitic stainless steel. Equals 102Cr17Mo. After quenching, it has high hardness and wear resistance and high dimensional stability. The properties and uses of 9Cr18Mo are basically the same as those of 9Cr18 steel. But after quenching, it has higher hardness and anti-tempering stability. Molybdenum can increase the passivation effect of stainless steel.
Brief:Alloy SAF 2507 is a super duplex stainless steel comprised of 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum and 7% nickel. It has been crafted specifically to be used in situations that require exceptional strength and resistance to corrosion including use in seawater equipment, chemical processing and petrochemical.
